Do you offer an ALL-DAY Brekkie?

A: We are only open ‘til 1pm; so is that really all-day?  We offer a 2 egg brekkie called ‘The Plain Jane’ and much, much more. Check out our menu tab for deets.

Do you take reservations?

A: No. We operate on a first-come basis.

Do you put tables together?

A: We do not push tables together as they are old and different shapes and sizes. The biggest table we have seats 4 peeps comfortably. If you are traveling with more than 4 in your party, you will most likely be sat at 2 different tables and not necessarily together.

What is the best time to come to avoid the line up?

A: Um, let me check my crystal ball. Joking. Typically, weekdays are your best bet as Sat and Sun are our busiest days and we often have a crowd. If you can only join us on the weekend, we suggest coming when we first open to avoid the line up.

How long have you been open?

A: We opened our doors in Feb 2015.

How long have you been collecting Pyrex?

A: The collection has been in the works since summer 2014 and NO, it is not for sale.

A: Sure. Know any millionaires?

Where did you find all your formica tables and chrome chairs?

A: The initial hunt started online and it basically grew from there.  Fortunately now, we are able to buy many of our items locally.

Are you open every day?

A: We are closed both Mon and Tues and open ‘til 1pm Wed-Sun. We are closed most holidays as they typically fall on a Mon. If our hours are different than usual we will post on this site and our social feeds.

Where are you located?

A: We are on the corner of Welland Ave and Grantham right beside the Avondale (behind the Pioneer gas station).  

Do you have rye/gluten-free bread?

A: No. We make our own white or brown in-house and it is not gluten-free.
